Secrets Of Affiliate Inside Marketing

<a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview(‘/outgoing/article_exit_link’);” href=”http://signaffiliatenetwork.com/index.php?Act=aboutus”>Affiliate marketing</a> sounds fairly simple doesn’t it? You sign up to market certain products and then get marketing. But that ignores some of the secrets you need to know to avoid losing money. In some cases affiliate inside marketing can help your affiliate income being stolen.

What do I mean by affiliate Inside Marketing? I mean that you get the inside knowledge that allows you to market successfully. Most of these things are only taught inside expensive membership sites.

You need to hide your <a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview(‘/outgoing/article_exit_link’);” href=”http://signaffiliatenetwork.com/index.php?Act=Affiliates”>affiliate ID</a>

The first essential is to cloak your affiliate ID, so that when people click on your link they cannot see a long affiliate link. If they can, the unscrupulous ones sign up as an affiliate at the merchant’s site and then get the commission for themselves. The biggest problem with this is at Clickbank because you do not sign up at the merchant, but at Clickbank itself, and because your affiliate link is so obvious.

Anyone can see not just that this is a clickbank product, but what the merchant’s Clickbank ID is, and sign up straight away.

So how do you cloak your affiliate ID? The best way is to use a little code in your web page, but that does not work for all links. The other thing you can do is to go to tinyurl, who give you a different id.

When a surfer clicks the link, he is redirected through tinyurl to the merchant’s site, without the surfer seeing the link.

There are other ways of doing this, and some are quite expensive, but this is the simplest.

How else do you act like an insider? Well, insiders know what products are coming onto the market before others. To find out what is coming, just get yourself on the list of all the top marketers in the categories you are marketing.

Unfortunately, you will be inundated by mail, with several having the same headline as all these marketers try to sell each other’s products. Because you will get so many emails, it is a good idea to set up a separate email account somewhere like gmail or yahoo. However, you do need to log into it regularly, to see what is happening.

It is also a good idea to read some of the emails and sales letters for these products, as these will help you learn how to market through emails and web pages. If you find a really compelling sales letter, don’t buy the product, but save the file in a ‘swipe file’.

This is where you keep good sales letters, and before you write your own you re-read it and note how it is done, and why it is compelling. Don’t copy the letter, or any of it, but do note the important features and write your own letter in the same style.
